- 以脱毒怀地黄为试材,对多效唑不同喷施浓度处理下脱毒怀地黄叶片光合色素含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、相对电导率(REC)等的变化进行了研究。结果表明:多效唑不同喷施浓度处理的脱毒怀地黄叶片光合色素含量,SOD、POD、CAT活性均高于对照,而REC均低于对照;脱毒怀地黄叶片光合色素含量,SOD、POD、CAT活性均随多效唑浓度的增加而逐渐提高,浓度为200 mg/L时效果最好;REC随多效唑处理浓度的增加逐渐减小。
- Abstract:
- Taking Rehmannia glutinosa as material,the effect of different concentrations of PP333 treatment on photosynthetic pigments,and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT),the relative conductivity (REC) of virus-free Rehmannia glutinosa were studied.The results showed that the photosynthetic pigment content,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were higher than control and REC was lower than control under different concentrations of PP333 treatment.The photosynthetic pigment content,and the activities of SOD,POD and CAT with multiple effect increased with increasing of the PP333concentration,the effect of the concentration of 200 mg/L was the best.REC decreased with increasing of the PP333concentration.
