- 摘 要:以“北陆”蓝莓为试材,研究了箱式气调及箱式气调+保鲜剂处理对蓝莓果实品质及生理特性的影响。结果表明:箱式气调及箱式气调+保鲜剂处理降低了呼吸强度的增加,减缓了可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量及维生素C含量的降低,抑制贮藏期间多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的上升,延长了贮藏期。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Northland’ blueberry fruit as material,the influences of plastic box modified atmosphere storage and antistaling agent on the fruit quality,physiology characteristic of blueberry were studied.The results showed that respiratory intensity was inhibited,the contents of SSC,TA and VC were maintained,and it preserved better fruit quality.In addition,PPO activity and POD activity were inhibited,the accumulation of MDA content was inhibited,the antioxidant ability of the fruits increased.The storage duration was prolonged.
