多效唑对脱毒怀地黄生长发育、产量及品质的影响

- 以继代培养的怀地黄脱毒试管苗“85-5”为试材,研究了多效唑不同喷施浓度和处理次数对脱毒怀地黄生长发育、产量和品质的变化规律。结果表明:随着多效唑喷施浓度和处理次数的增加,怀地黄脱毒苗的株高、叶面积和冠幅都呈现逐渐下降的趋势;随着多效唑喷施浓度和次数的增加,怀地黄产量和品质呈现先上升后下降的趋势;多效唑200 mg/L处理2次是最佳喷施浓度和喷施次数,此时脱毒怀地黄产量最高,为5 682.67 kg/667m2;梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷含量较大,分别为8.33 mg/g和0.55 mg/g。
- Abstract:
- Taking successive transfer culture of Rehmannia glutinosa f.hueichingensis (Chan et Sehih) Hsiao“85-5” as material,the effect of different concentrations and frequency of PP333 treatment on the growth,yield and quality of virus-free plantlet of Rehmannia glutinosa f.hueichingensis (Chan et Sehih) Hsiao were studied.The results showed that plant height,leaf area and growth decreased gradually as concentrations and frequency of PP333 treatment increased.As concentration and frequency of CPPU treatment increased,yield and quality of virus-free plantlet of Rehmannia glutinosa f.hueichingensis (Chan et Sehih) Hsiao increased first then decreased.PP333200 mg/L spring twice was the best concentration of CPPU treatment and spraying frequency,the yield and quality was the best at the same time.The highest yield,content of catalopl and verbascoside were 5 682.67 kg/667m2,8.33 mg/g and 0.55 mg/g respectively.
