- 以香菇“南山1号”菌种为试材,采用L9(34)正交实验筛选富硒香菇的优化液体培养基配方。结果表明:香菇菌种在固体和液体培养基中Na2SeO3的最适浓度均为60 mg/L,富硒香菇菌种的最适液体培养基配方为:玉米粉30.0 g/L、黄豆粉6.0 g/L、KH2PO4 1.5 g/L、MgSO4?7H2O 0.5 g/L、H2O 1 000 mL、pH自然。
- Abstract:
- Taking Lentinula edodes as raw material,the acclimation to Na2SeO3?and the optimized liquid medium for seleniumenhanced identification by L9(34) orthogonal design were studied.The results showed that the optimum concentration of Na2SeO3 was 60 mg/L both in solid and liquid medium.The optimal liquid medium for selenium-enhanced contains the following components:corn flour 30.0 g/L,soybean powder 6.0 g/L,KH2PO4 1.5 g/L,MgSO4?7H2O 0.5 g/L,H2O 1 000 mL,pH naturally.
