- 以2 a生轮叶党参为试材,研究了不同采收期对轮叶党参可溶性蛋白质含量、多糖含量、总黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:轮叶党参的可溶性蛋白质含量、多糖含量、总黄酮含量均随着采收月份的推迟呈逐渐上升的趋势,9月中下旬达到最高值,10月份略有下降,其最高含量分别为1.548%、5.97%、0.610%。
- Abstract:
- Taking two-year-old Codonopsis lanceolata as material,the effect of different harvest time on the content of soluble proteins,polysaccharides,total flavonoids were studied.The results showed that the content of soluble protein,polysaccharides,total flavonoids of Codonopsis lanceolata?were presented rising trend with time.The highest value was reached in middle to late September and the value declined slightly in October.The highest values were 1.548%,5.97%,0.610%.
