- 以香石竹为试材,研究了不同浓度NaCl处理对香石竹种子萌发、幼苗生长等生理生化指标的影响,探讨盐胁迫对香石竹种子萌发及幼苗生长的抑制效应。结果表明:NaCl处理可抑制香石竹的生长量和生物量;与地上部分相比,根系对盐胁迫更加敏感。随着NaCl浓度的增加,香石竹的发芽率和发芽势不断降低,脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势;在NaCl浓度为0.6%时,脯氨酸含量明显增加,而根系活力显著降低,香石竹幼苗生长明显受到抑制。
- Abstract:
- Taking carnation as test material,the effects of salt stress on seed germination and physiology and biochemistry changes of carnation seedlings were investigated,to discuss NaCl stress on inhibition effect of germination rate and seedling growth of carnation.The results indicated that the growth and biomass of carnation seedlings which treated by NaCl were suppressed and the roots were more sensitive than the overground parts.With the increase of NaCl concentration,the germination rate and potential reduced constantly while the proline concentration was on the rise.The proline concentration increased remarkable and the root activity strikingly dropped at the same time,the seedling growth of carnation was restrained obviously when the NaCl concentration was 0.6%.
