- 对杨树、苹果树、桃树腐烂病菌室内离体与室外活体进行了接种试验,研究了3种腐烂病菌间的寄主专化性和5种药剂对3种腐烂病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:3种腐烂病菌均不能侵染非死亡伤口;3种腐烂病菌经烧伤口接种均可侵染,形成典型的腐烂病斑;3种腐烂病菌对桃树、柳树、杨树均能相互侵染,且病斑大小无显著差异,不存在致病的专化性问题。室内药剂抑菌试验表明,多菌灵、百菌清、福美胂对腐烂病菌的抑制作用最好。
- Abstract:
- The pathogens of rot disease of poplar,apple and peach trees were studied in vitro indoor and outdoor,the pathogenicity and antibacterial of five agentia on pathogens of rot disease of three trees were studied.The results showed that three kinds of pathogens could not infect through living wounds,but could infect through burn wounds and form typical rot lesions.They could infect poplar,apple and peach trees and there were no difference in the scales of the lesions they formed on different trees,thus no specialization on their pathogenicity.Antibacterial experiment showed that carbendazim,chlorothalonil and asomate had the best inhibiting effect on these pathogens.
