- 以6种无融合生殖砧木(‘C3’、‘B2’、‘B1’、‘A1d’、‘A1’、‘平邑甜茶’(对照))嫁接的‘嘎拉’苹果为试材,于2011~2012年,连续2 a测定了其果实大小和品质的相关指标。结果表明:不同指标因年份不同有所差异;5种新砧木品系中,连续2 a都表现了一致规律的有:‘C3’的单果质量均最大,‘A1d’的可滴定酸含量均最高,‘A1d’的果实硬度、‘C3’和‘B2’可溶性固形物均显著高于对照,‘A1’和 A1d’类黄酮含量均高于对照,‘B1’类黄酮含量均低于对照;5种砧木的果形指数和维生素C含量在2011年与对照相比均无显著差异,在2012年均以对照最高。
- Abstract:
- ‘Gala’trees grafted on six apomictic rootstocks(‘C3’,‘B2’,‘B1’,‘A1d’,‘A1’,Malus hupehensis(CK))were used as materials,the effect of different apomictic rootstocks on the fruit size and quality of apple were studied in 2011~2012.The results showed that different indicators of fruit size and quality varied from year to year.However,there were some regular trends during two years’ experiments.The largest fruit weight was found on the trees grafted on ‘C3’,the highest titratable acid content was on the trees grafted on ‘A1d’.The fruit firmness of ‘Gala’ grafted on ‘A1d’,the soluble solids content of ‘Gala’ grafted on‘C3’and ‘B2’ were significantly higher than those on the control.The flavonoid content of ‘Gala’ grafted on ‘A1’and ‘A1d’ were higher than that on the control,the flavonoid content of ‘Gala’ grafted on ‘B1’ was lower than that on the control.There was no significant difference in the shape index and the vitamin C content of ‘Gala’ grafted on of five rootstocks in 2011,but the the highest value was found of ‘Gala’ grafted on the control in 2012.
