- 简要阐述了以山杏为基础原料,加工制成的多种绿色食品的种类和加工流程;并对以“秦岭”山脉为主的西部地区开发山杏资源,以及生产山杏绿色加工食品的前景和可行性进行了简要分析,以期为提高山杏的经济价值,特别是对退耕还林山地的综合开发利用,提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- The varieties of green goods made from Siberian apricot and machining process were briefly discussed;the prospects,feasibility and risk of developing Siberian apricot resources and producing green goods made from Siberian apricot in the western area on Qingling mountain were analyzed,in order to provide a reference for increasing the original Siberian apricot economic value,especially for the comprehensive exploitation of returning the grain plots to forestry.
