- 以转基因草坪草植株高羊茅“红宝石”和黑麦草“玲珑”为试材,通过对其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、类胡萝卜素(Car)含量等抗旱耐盐性生理生化指标的测定,进行了耐盐性鉴定研究。结果表明:在盐胁迫条件下,转基因植株和对照株相比在SOD、POD、MDA、Car等方面均表现出显著性差异,转基因植株的耐盐性得到了显著增强。
- Abstract:
- Taking transgenic turfgrass of Festuca arundinacea ‘Hongbaoshi’ and Lolium perenne ‘Linglong’ as test materials,the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),malondialdehyde (MDA),carotenoid(Car),drought and salt resistance physiological and biochemical indexes were measured,the salt tolerance identification was researched.The results showed that in the salt stress conditions,there were significant difference on the activities of SOD and POD,MDA and Car content etc.between transgenic plantlet and control ones.The conclusion indicated that the salt tolerance of the transgenic plant was obviously enhanced.
