- 以9种不同类型彩叶植物为试材,分析比较了不同植物叶片叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素含量及其比值的季节性变化规律,研究了彩叶植物叶片呈色的原因。结果表明:不同类型彩叶植物色素含量中叶绿素类含量以李树(对照)最高;类胡萝卜素的含量为金山绣线菊最高;花青素的含量为紫叶李最高。季节方面,叶绿素含量随着季节的变化为夏季最高,秋季最低;类胡萝卜素和花青素含量随季节变化趋势不稳定。色素比中,叶绿素/类胡萝卜素、叶绿素/花青素的比值为夏季最高,秋季最低;类胡萝卜素/花青素的比值为绿色植物秋季最高,春季最低;双色叶植物春季最高,夏季最低,其它彩色植物春季最高,秋季最低。
- Abstract:
- Taking nine different types of colored leaf plants as test materials,in order to explore the cause of the color of colored plants based on the seasonal change rule,the chlorophyll,carotenoids and anthocyanins content and ratioin different plant leaf were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the CK was the highest in chlorophyll content,the Spiraea×bumalda ‘Goalden Mound’ was the highest in carotenoids content,the Prunus ceraifera cv.Pissardii was the highest in anthocyanin content,with the analyses of pigment content of different types of colored plants.In season,with the change of season,the highest in summer,the lowest in autumn of chlorophyll content,and carotenoids and anthocyanins content trend was not stable.Pigment ratio,chlorophyll/carotenoids and chlorophyll/anthocyanin ratio was highest in summer,lowest in autumn;carotenoids/anthocyanins ratio for the green plants was highest in autumn,lowest in spring;turquoise plant was highest in spring,the lowest in summer,other color plant was highest in spring,lowest in autumn.
