- 植物体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生能力受多种因素的影响。该文综述了植物体细胞胚胎发生的影响因素,包括培养方式、植物基因型、外植体来源、培养基成分等,以期对植物遗传研究和转基因研究提供理论参考。
- Abstract:
- Somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration affected by a variety of factors.The major factors influencing plant somatic embryogenesis,including plant culture conditions,genotypes,explant source and maintenance of cultures were briefly reviewed,hoping to provide a good theoretical reference for genetic research and transgenic studies in the future.
