- 通过扫描电镜观察并描述了麻楝蛀斑螟幼虫头部及触角和口器上的化学感受器。结果表明:幼虫头式为下口式;头部下方有1对3节的触角,基节无感器,端节及第2节上有感器,主要为锥状感器和毛型感器;幼虫口器分布着一定数量和不同形态的感器,主要存在于口器附肢下颚须和下唇须上。
- Abstract:
- The head and chemoreceptors on antenna and mouthparts of the larvae of Hypsipyla robusta (Moore) were observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results showed the head structure type of the larvae was hypognathous;the antenna on the head had 3 segments,the basal segment was no sensilla and there were some sensilla on the last and second segments,which were mainly sensilla basiconica and sensilla trichodea;the larval mouthparts contained a certain number of different kinds of sensilla,which were distributed on the max palp and labial palp of mouthparts appendages.The larval head and chemoreceptors were reaseached,which would provide a basis for induction mechanism and function.
