- 以“赛松”、“平韭四号”和“平韭八号”3个韭菜品种为试材,采用水培方法,研究了14 mmol/L的氮素水平条件下,不同硝铵比(25∶75、50∶50、75∶25和100∶0)的改良Hoagland营养液处理对3个韭菜品种生长及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:随着营养液中硝态氮浓度的增加,3个韭菜品种的叶长、叶宽、单叶鲜重和叶绿素含量呈现先增加后下降趋势,硝铵比为50∶50的改良Hoagland营养液处理显著促进了3个韭菜品种的生长,该营养液适合韭菜水培。
- Abstract:
- Taking three varieties of Allium tuberosum Rottler‘Saisong’,‘Pingjiu 4’,‘Pingjiu 8’as materials,the effects of different nitrate and ammonium ratio on growth and chlorophyll content of Allium tuberosum Rottler investigated under hydroponics on 14 mmol/L nitrogen level.The results showed that with proportion of the NO3-N increased,the leaf length,leaf width,single leaf weight and chlorophyll content increased then decreased in the three varieties.The NO3-N and NH4+N treatment of 50∶50 promoted the growth and was more suitable for Allium tuberosum Rottler growth.
