- 在分析当前我国农业科研事业单位内部人员收入分配机制现状和存在问题的基础上，提出了应加大农业科研单位科技创新投入，建立以“绩效”工资为主的分配制度，进而更好地落实国家对于农业科研事业单位的工资管理制度的改革精神。
- Abstract:
- On the basis of an analysis of the status and problems of personnel income distribution mechanism in agricultural research institutions in China,it pointed out that agricultural research institutions should increase investment in technological innovation,and establish a distribution system based on performance salary.So the national sprit of reform wage management system in agricultural research institutions could be implemented.
