- 以我国16种石蒜属植物为试材,采用便携式Li-6400光合测定系统,运用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件,测定分析了16种石蒜属植物的光合特性及其种间关系。结果表明:16种石蒜属植物的光合速率、叶绿素含量等存在较大差异,影响光合速率的因素也不尽相同。根据净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)等光合生理指标可将其聚为两大类,玫瑰石蒜、鹿葱、稻草石蒜、陕西石蒜、长筒石蒜、香石蒜、换锦花、红蓝石蒜、江苏石蒜、乳白石蒜和忽地笑共11个物种聚为一大类,中国石蒜、黄长筒石蒜、短蕊石蒜、石蒜和安徽石蒜共5个物种聚为另一类群。
- Abstract:
- Taking 16 species of Lycoris Herb.growing in Chinese as materials,Li-6400 photosynthesis analyzer was used,and SPSS 17.0 software was adopted,the photosynthetic characteristics of 16 species and their interspecific relationships were analyzed.The results showed that there were large difference of chlorophyll concentration,net photosynthesis rate and so on among 16 species of Lycoris.The factors affecting photosynthetic rate were not the same neither.According to the photosynthetic physiological parameters,such as Pn,Tr,Gs,ect.,16 species could be divided into two clades:cladeⅠwith Lycoris rosea,Lycoris squamigera,Lycoris straminea,Lycoris shaanxiensis,Lycoris longituba,Lycoris incarnate,Lycoris sprengeri,Lycoris houdyshelii,Lycoris albifolia and Lycoris aurea;and cladeⅡwith Lycoris chinensis,Lycorislongituba,Lycoris caldwellii,Lycoris and Lycoris anhuiensis.
