- 以南京溧水普朗克有机农场连续种植8 a作物的土壤为研究对象,通过室内培养试验,研究了不同温度、水分条件下施用有机肥或有机肥与“中和牌”II型生物肥、“NST型”高氮生物肥及“BIO”抗土传病高效生物肥3种肥料配施对土壤pH、有机质及速效磷、速效钾含量的影响,以期为我国设施蔬菜的施肥和管理提供理论指导。结果表明:“中和牌”生物肥与有机肥配施在温度25℃、水分条件60%培养时最佳,此时土壤速效钾含量最大;“NST型”生物肥与有机肥配施处理在25℃、水分条件75%培养时最佳;“BIO”生物肥与有机肥配施处理对温度、水分的适宜性较强,其最佳培养条件为温度25℃、水分条件60%或75%。生产实践中,缺磷土壤宜选用“NST”型及“BIO”生物肥,补钾宜选用“中和牌”生物有机肥。
- Abstract:
- Taking the soil successive planting 8 years crop in organic farm of Nanjing Lishui Planck as object,the effects of application of different organic manure and organic manure combined with ‘Zhonghe’ II bio-fertilizer,‘NST’ high nitrogen bio-fertilizer,‘BIO’ anti-soil-borne disease efficient fertilizer on soil pH,organic matter,available phosphorus and soil effective potassium content under different temperature and moisture conditions were studied through indoor culture,so theoretical guidance could be provided for fertilize management of facilities vegetables in China.The results showed that after application of ‘Zhonghe’ bio-fertilizer combined with organic manure at 25℃,60% water condition,soil available potassium content reached the highest;the effect of application of ‘NST’ bio-fertilizer combined with organic manure at 25℃,75% water condition reached the best;application of ‘BIO’ bio-fertilizer combined with organic manure was more suitable for temperature and moisture,with the best culture condition 25℃,60% or 75% water condition.In production practice,‘NST’ and ‘BIO’ bio-fertilizer should be chosen in phosphorus deficiency soil,‘Zhonghe’ bio-fertilizer should be chosen if in need of potassium.
