- 以宁夏主栽枸杞品种“宁杞1号”为试材,利用高效液相色谱法对宁夏枸杞主栽地中宁、同心、惠农、银川园林场枸杞中牛磺酸的含量与产地土壤理化因子的变化关系进行了比较研究。结果表明:宁夏4个主要产地的宁夏枸杞中牛磺酸含量差异显著,其中银川园林场牛磺酸含量最高,同心牛磺酸含量最低;4个产地宁夏枸杞中牛磺酸含量与肥力因子中的速效氮和速效钾有显著正相关,与速效磷无显著相关性;宁夏枸杞中牛磺酸含量与土壤总盐分含量无相关性,Cl-与牛磺酸正相关性显著。
- Abstract:
- Taking Lycium barbarum ‘Ningqi No 1’ as material,the relationships between taurine content of Lycium barbarum and soil factors were studied in four main production regions of Lycium barbarum (Zhongning,Tongxin,Huinong,Yinchuanyuanlinchang) by HPLC method.The results showed that taurine content from Lycium barbarum planted in Ningxia regions had significant difference,and Yinchuanyuanlinchang had the highest and Tongxin had the lowest;the correlation coefficient between taurine and soil factors was not significant,but it presented positive correlation against efficient N,K.Taurine content in the fruit of Lycium barbarum L in Ningxia invariably presented no correlation to the salt content of the earth,but Cl- showed markable positive correlation.
