- 以郁李、金钟花和鸡树条荚蒾的嫩枝为插穗,研究了不同浓度萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸和吲哚丁酸对3种园林绿化树种插穗成活率和生根量的影响。结果表明:不同浓度3种生长激素对3种植物插穗的生根均起到了明显的促进作用,插穗生根率和生根数量都有了明显提高。萘乙酸3000 mg/L处理金钟花,吲哚乙酸5000 mg/L、吲哚丁酸1000 mg/L处理郁李,萘乙酸1000 mg/L、吲哚乙酸3000 mg/L,吲哚丁酸1000 mg/L处理鸡树条荚蒾,插穗生根率均达到100%,与对照相比,生根量差异极显著。
- Abstract:
- Taking the young branches of Forsythia viridissima,Prunus japonica and Viburmum sargentii as the test materials,the effect of different concentrations of NAA,IAA and IBA on the cuttage rooting rate and the survival rate of the three landscaping tree species were studied.The results showed that three kinds of hormones in different concentrations played a significant role in the cuttage rooting rate and the survival rate.After Forsythia viridissima was treated with NAA 3000 mg/L,Forsythia viridissima with IAA 5 000 mg/L and IBA 1000 mg/L,Viburmum sargentiiwith NAA 1000 mg/L,IAA 3000 mg/L and IBA 1 000 mg/L,their survival rates reached up to 100%.Their cuttage rooting rates were extremely different.
