- 以真姬菇、鸡汁菇和蛹虫草为试材,采用固体培养和液体培养相结合的方法,研究了真姬菇、鸡汁菇和蛹虫草的菌丝、菌丝球的培养特性,测定了生长量等指标。结果表明:菌丝随培养时间的推进有密度和颜色的变化;菌丝球随培养时间的推进可分为不同时期。
- Abstract:
- Taking Hypsizygus marmoreus,Jizhigu and Cordyceps militarispellets of edible mushrooms as material,the cultivation characteristics,such as mycelial and mycelia pellet and the detection of growth using solid and liquid medium were studied in this paper.The results showed that the densities and colors changed with cultivation time and different decades of mycelia pellet’s growth could be found with cultivation time.
