- 对茼蒿炭疽病病原菌菊刺盘孢(Colletotrichum chrysanthemi Hori.Saw)的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:病原菌在供试的6种培养基上均能生长,在茼蒿煎汁培养基上生长的最好。各种碳氮源能被病原菌有效利用,菌丝生长的最佳碳源为葡萄糖,最佳氮源为蛋白胨。病菌菌丝在10~34℃范围内都能生长,适宜温度范围为26~30℃,最适生长温度为28℃。在pH 3~9范围内菌丝均能生长,在pH 7的环境中生长的最好。病原菌光照条件下的生长量显著高于黑暗条件下的生长量,该病菌的致死温度为60℃、10 min。
- Abstract:
- Biological characteristics of Colletotrichum chrysanthemi Hori.Saw,the pathogenic fungus causing anthracnose of Chrysanthemum coronarium were studied.The results showed that pathogenic fungus could grow on all six kinds of medias tested.It could also effectively use all kinds of carbon sources and nitrogen sources.The optimal carbon source was glucose and the optimal nitrogen source was peptone.The fungus could grow under 10~34℃ with suitable temperature range of 26~30℃,and the optimum temperature was 28℃.In the range of pH 3~9 it could grow and grow best in the environment of pH 7.The growth increment of pathogens under light conditions was significantly higher than in the dark conditions.The lethal temperature of it was 60℃ for 10 min.
