- 以碾压处理的油菜秸为试材，采用日光温室地面栽培方法，研究了不同配方对双孢蘑菇栽培的菌丝长势及产量的影响。结果表明：油菜秸与麦秸以1∶2的比例栽培双孢蘑菇，菌丝生长速度快，生物学效率与麦秸培养料相近，产量可达10 kg/m2以上。
- Abstract:
- The influence of the growth speed of the mycelia and output in different formula conditions for rolled rape straw using method of solar greenhouse cultivation were studied.The results showed that rape straw and wheat straw with 1∶2 scale cultivation in Agaricus bisporus，growth speed of the mycelia was rapid，the mycelia was rapid，biological efficiency was close to straw cultivation materials，the output was up to 10 kg/m2 above.
