- 用不同浓度的GA3溶液分别对东方百合种球进行浸泡后冷藏处理60 d,研究外增赤霉素类生长调节剂对百合物候期、生长发育进程和切花品质的影响。结果表明:在适宜的范围内,百合种球茎尖内GA3浓度含量越高,其品质性状越好。其中以200 mg/L处理表现最好,在生产实践中可于现蕾期喷施 GA3溶液提高品质。
- Abstract:
- By soaking Lilium siberia bulbs with GA3solutions of different concentration,and after 60 days of cold storage,effects of external gibberellins on phenophase,process of growth development and quality of cut flower of Lilium siberia were studied.The results showed that the concentration of GA3 in the shoot tip of Lilium siberia bulbs was higher in the optimal range,the quality traits were better,and the concentration of 200 mg/L was the best.In practice,spraying GA3solutions in squaring stage to enhance quality of cut flower.
