- 以齐螨素、惊喜1#、天罗地网、虱蚧宁、金大地作为试验药剂,以温室大棚上的白粉虱为处理对象,于2010年5月对青海农发高科技园艺有限公司一品红上的温室白粉虱进行了化学杀虫剂药效比较试验和最佳药剂浓度筛选试验。结果表明:20%虱蚧宁800倍液防治效果最好,校正防效在药后1、3、5 d分别为73.87%、92.60%、74.95%,对温室白粉虱有特效;其次为20%惊喜1#1 000倍液,在药后1、3、5 d的校正防效分别为62.47%、80.54%、67.48%,防效均在60%以上,为了避免温室白粉虱产生抗药性,可作为20%虱蚧宁的替换药剂;25%天罗地网防效较好,10%金大地3 000倍液防治效果最差。
- Abstract:
- To compare the control effect and determine the optimal concentration,five pesticides,20% Bete-cypermethrin,20% Aceta,10% Imidacloprid,2.0% Abamectin and 25% Fenproathrin were applied to Euphorbia pulcherrima to control greenhouse whitefly.The experiment was conducted in May 2010 in the Qinghai high-tech agricultural development company.The results showed that the best control effect was 800-fold dilution of 20% Bete-cypermethrin,the corrected control effect after 1,3,5 d was 73.87%,92.60%,74.95%,respectively;followed by 1 000-fold dilution of 20% Acetamiprid and the corrected control effect after 1,3,5 d was 62.47%,80.54%,67.48%.To avoid the greenhouse whitefly resistance,20% Acetamiprid could be used as a replacement of 20% Bete-cypermethrin.The control effect of diluted 25% Fenproathrin was above 40% and that of 3 000-fold dilution of 10% Imidacloprid was the lowest.
