- 以“洛研9908”、“洛研960108”、“洛研201101”辣椒品种6叶期幼苗为试材,用0、0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7 mmol/L不同浓度的硝普钠(SNP)进行处理,研究外源NO对辣椒幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:用SNP处理的辣椒幼苗,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和电导率、可溶性糖含量都降低,根系活力增加;在一定的处理范围内,SNP能提高辣椒幼苗抗性,起到保护幼苗的作用;NO对辣椒幼苗生长的影响在0.3~0.5 mmol/L时最大。
- Abstract:
- Taking the six leaves of ‘Luoyan 9908’,‘Luoyan960108’,‘Luoyan201101’ as the material,the effects of NO on seedling growth and physiological characteristic were studied by sodium nitroprusside (SNP,0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7 mmol/L an exogenous nitric oxide donor).The results showed that root vigor of seedlings increased,while MDA content,CAT activity,soluble sugar and electric conductivity fell.SNP could promote the resistance of pepper seedlings,and protect the seedlings among the levels of treatment.When the concentration was 0.3~0.5 mmol/L,the effects of NO on seedling growth of pepper were both largest.
