大樱桃不同品种花器官抗寒性的初步研究

- 以“先锋”、“红灯”、“宇宙”、“佳红”、“巨红”、“早大果”、“胜利”、“8-102”、“8-129”大樱桃品种为试材,观察和测定了蕾期及盛开花期经4、2、0、-2、-4、-5、-6℃人工低温胁迫处理后的受冻指数、电导率、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、花粉活力变化。结果表明:9个大樱桃品种的抗冻能力依次为:“先锋”>“红灯”>“巨红”>“早大果”>“宇宙”>“胜利”>“佳红”>“8-129” >“8-102”;大樱桃不同花器官在同一低温条件下,抗冻能力依次为花瓣>花梗>雄蕊>雌蕊,蕾期抗寒性大于盛花期;花粉活力随着低温胁迫的加剧而迅速降低。
- Abstract:
- Nine Prunus avium L.varieties including ‘Van’, ‘Hongdeng’, ‘Juhong’, ‘Pynhonnouhax’, ‘Kocmhqecka’, ‘Hpectnkhan’, ‘Jiahong’, ‘8-129’, ‘8-102’ were used as materials, the changes of cold indexes, electrical conductivity, MDA content, soluble solid and pollen vitality were observed and determined at bud and florescence stage under low temperature stress. The results showed that the descending order of cold resistance of different varieties were ‘Van’> ‘Hongdeng’ > ‘Juhong’>‘Pynhonnouhax’> ‘Kocmhqecka’> ‘Hpectnkhan’> ‘Jiahong’> ‘8-129’> ‘8-102’.At the same temperature, the descending order of cold resistance of floral organ were ‘petal’> ‘pedicel’> ‘stamen’> ‘pistil’. The bud stage appeared strong cold resistance.The pollen vitality quickly decreases with increased low temperature stress.
