- 江西省地处全国冬油菜长江流域主产区，油菜是当地的主要农作物和最大的油料作物，在农业经济发展中占有重要地位。在分析江西省油菜产业发展现状的基础之上，重点围绕“生产环节存在诸多短板弱项，影响油菜产业做大做强”“加工环节受多重因素限制，影响油菜产业高质量发展”“销售环节存在链条脱节，影响油菜产业整体效益提升”等制约油菜产业发展问题展开讨论。针对这些问题，提出了“生产环节加大科技投入，依靠科技进步提升产品质量”“加工环节看优化加工布局，提升加工能力”“销售环节培育明星品牌，积极拓展省外消费市场”“保障角度拓展多元投入渠道，加快提升科技研发与支撑服务能力”等对策建议。
- Abstract:
- Jiangxi Province is located in the main production area of winter rape in the Yangtze River basin.Rape is the main crop and the largest oil crop in Jiangxi Province,and the rape industry plays an important role in the development of agricultural economy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of Jiangxi Province rape industry,the focus is to discuss the problems restricting the development of rape industry such as ‘there are many shortcomings and weaknesses in the production link,which affects the development of rape industry’’the processing link is restricted by multiple factors,which affects the high-quality development of rape industry’ and ‘the chain disconnection in the sales link,which affects the overall efficiency improvement of rape industry’.In response to these problems,‘production links to increase scientific and technological investment,relying on scientific and technological progress to improve product quality’ ‘processing links to optimize the processing layout,enhance processing capacity’ ‘sales links to cultivate star brands,actively expand the consumer market outside the province’,has put forward.‘To expand diversified investment channels from the perspective of protection,accelerate the improvement of science and technology research and development and support service capabilities’ has also put forward.
