摘要:
油菜是江西省播种面积第二大农作物和最大的油料作物。近年来，江西省坚持“科技兴油”之路，以科技创新为第一动力，大幅提升油料增产保供能力。然而，影响油菜产业高质量发展的难题依然存在，科技创新能力偏弱、全程机械化程度较低、精深加工能力不足、市场流通缺乏活力。该研究认为提高生产技术效率，强化政策扶持引导，加大科技创新力度，提升生产规模效率，创建品牌并培育龙头企业，发挥油菜多功能利用优势，完善油菜全产业链，对实现江西油菜产业高质量发展具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Rape is the second largest crop and the largest oil crop in Jiangxi Province.In recent years，Jiangxi Province sticked to the road of ‘Vitalizing Oil through Science and Technology’，take science and technology innovation as the first motive force，and promotes oil production and oil supply capacity.However，the problems that affect the high-quality development of rape industry still exist，such as the weak ability of science and technology innovation，the low degree of mechanization，the insufficient ability of intensive and deep processing，and the lack of market circulation vitality.It was suggested that we should improve the technical efficiency of production，strengthen policy support and guidance，and the strength of scientific and technological innovation and the efficiency of production scale，establish brand names and cultivate leading enterprises，make full use of the multi-functional advantages of rape，and improve the whole industrial chain of rape，strive to achieve high-quality development of Jiangxi rape industry.
