不同施肥量对“北冰红”葡萄营养元素积累及产量、品质的影响

- 以“北冰红”葡萄为试材,采用随机区组的方法,设置6个施肥量处理,研究了不同施肥量对“北冰红”葡萄产量、品质和养分吸收的影响,以期为冰葡萄园合理施肥提供参考依据。结果表明:不同处理均能显著促进冰葡萄植株对氮、磷、钾的吸收量、提高肥料利用率、增加了植株的新梢生长量,基本表现为低量施肥(处理1)好于中量施肥(处理4)、好于高量施肥(处理5)、好于不施肥(CK);不同施肥量也影响了冰葡萄产量和品质的提升,与不施肥相比,其它几种施肥量均能在一定程度上增加冰葡萄产量,产量并不会随施肥量的增加而增加,在5个施肥梯度中,施肥量中等的产量最高,其次是施肥量最高的产量较高,第三是施肥量最低的产量较高,且这3个处理间差异不显著。不同处理对品质的影响规律没有趋势,在5个施肥梯度中,施肥量最高的糖酸比最高,其次是施肥量最低的糖酸比较高,第三是对照的糖酸比较高。不同处理对果实的单宁含量影响没有差异。
- Abstract:
- ‘Beibinghong’ grape was used as the test material,the method of random block group was adopted,and 6 fertilizer treatments were set,the effects of different fertilization amounts on yield,quality and nutrient absorption of ‘Beibinghong’ grape were studied,in order to provide reference for rational fertilization of ice vineyards.The results showed that,different treatments could significantly promote the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in ice grape plants,improve the utilization rate of fertilizer and increasing the growth of new shoots of plants.The basically showed that low fertilization (treatment 1) was better than medium fertilization (treatment 4),high fertilization (treatment 5) and no fertilization (CK).Different fertilization amounts also affected the improvement of ice grape yield and quality.Compared with non-fertilization,several other fertilization amounts could increase yield of ice grape to a certain extent,and the yield would not increase with the increase of fertilization.In the five fertilization gradient,the yield of medium fertilization was the highest,followed by higher fertilization.Secondly,the yield with the lowest fertilization amount was higher,and there was no significant difference between these three treatments.There was no trend in the effect of different treatments on quality.Among the five fertilization gradients,the highest glycolic acid ratio was found by the highest fertilization,followed by the higher glycolic acid ratio by the lowest fertilization,followed by the higher glycolic acid ratio of the control.There was no difference between different treatments on the tannin content of fruits.
