- 以宁夏羊肚菌种植中常见8种不同营养袋为试材,采用碳氮元素含量测定方法和称重法,对外源营养袋和土壤有机碳、总氮和质量进行了测定,分析其有机碳、总氮、碳氮比和质量以及相应土壤有机碳、总氮、碳氮比的动态变化情况,同时比较不同外源营养袋营养和质量变化规律及其与羊肚菌产量的关系,以期为提高和改善羊肚菌的栽培和产量提供参考依据。结果表明:随着摆放时间延长,不同处理营养袋的质量逐渐减轻,外源营养袋有机碳含量逐渐下降,氮含量逐渐增加;土壤有机碳含量先增后减。羊肚菌产量受营养袋配方的显著影响,但不受营养袋体积的影响。营养袋P1V1处理的羊肚菌出菇量最高,最适合用于宁夏羊肚菌的栽培。
- Abstract:
- Eight kinds of exogenous nutrition bags (ENBs) were used in the morel cultivation to analyze their effect on yield.The carbon,nitrogen,carbon-nitrogen ratio changes of ENBs and the soil,as well as weight of ENBs were demonstrated,in order to provide reference for improving and increasing the cultivation of morel in Ningxia.The changes of nutrition and weight of different ENBs and their effects on the yield of morel were compared,in order to provide reference for improving and increasing the cultivation of morel in Ningxia.The results showed that the weight and organic carbon of ENBs decreased,and nitrogen of ENBs increased.The organic carbon in soil increased at first and then decreased.The yield of morel was significantly affected by formulation of ENBs,but not volume of ENBs.The yield of morel treated with P1V1 was the highest,which was the most suitable in cultivation of morel in Ningxia.
