- 以30份无限生长型鲜食番茄品种为试材,采用遗传多样性分析、相关分析、隶属函数及主成分分析等方法,研究了不同性状指标对鲜食番茄生长的影响,进而对鲜食番茄品种进行系统评价,以期筛选出适宜新疆生产的优良品种。结果表明:1)各品种16个农艺性状的遗传多样性指数分布范围在1.21~1.74,平均变异系数为11.60%,其中单株产量的变异系数最大(18%),株高的变异系数最小(7%);2)采用隶属函数法对各品种果实的营养成分进行分析,其中“大同红番茄”的平均隶属函数值最高、营养品质最好;3)基于主成分分析构建综合评价模型,对供试材料的数量性状及营养品质性状进行综合评价,其综合得分在0~1范围内的品种有15个;其中“哈密黄柿子”“桔黄佳辰”“香妃7号”“金萍”“秃尖粉”,适宜在新疆乌鲁木齐当地推广种植。
- Abstract:
- Taking 30 varieties of unlimited growing fresh tomato as test materials,and the methods of genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,membership function and principal component analysis were used.The effects of different character indexes on the growth of fresh tomato were studied to systematically evaluate the fresh tomato varieties,in order to screen out the good varieties suitable for Xinjiang production.The results showed that,1)the genetic diversity index of 16 agronomic traits of each variety ranged from 1.21 to 1.74,and the average coefficient of variation was 11.60%.The coefficient of variation of yield per plant was the highest (18%),and the coefficient of variation of plant height was the lowest (7%).2)The average membership function value of ‘Datong Red Tomato’was the highest and the nutritional quality was the best.3)A comprehensive evaluation model was established based on principal component analysis to comprehensively evaluate the quantitative traits and nutritional quality traits of the tested materials,and the comprehensive score of 15 varieties was within the range of 0-1.Among them,‘Hami Yellow Persimmon’‘Orange Yellow Jiachen’‘Xiangfei No.7’‘Jin Ping’ and ‘Tu Jianfen’ were suitable for planting in Xinjiang.
