- 以金银花“北花一号”为试材,设置5个硼肥梯度0%(对照)、0.077%、0.154%、0.231%、0.308%,研究了不同硼肥浓度对金银花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)叶片抗氧化酶、光合参数、SPAD值、花蕾产量、绿原酸含量和总绿原酸含量等指标的影响,以期为压砂地金银花优质高产提供参考依据。结果表明:增施硼肥对金银花植株叶片光合参数、SPAD值、抗氧化酶活性、花蕾产量及绿原酸含量影响显著。其中,施用0.231%硼肥处理效果最佳,相比对照,植株净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)最高提升148%、160%、109%;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别提高58%、65%、22%,光合生理特性的提高促进了金银花生殖生长和干物质累积,花蕾鲜质量、干质量增幅分别为90%、77%,总绿原酸含量提高84%。适量增施硼肥能促进金银花生长发育,并显著提高产量、品质,有利于金银花优质高效生产。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Beihua No.1’ as the test material,a field experiment was conducted to quantify the effect of different rates of boron fertilizer (0%,0.077%,0.154%,0.231% and 0.308%) on the leaf antioxidant enzymes,photosynthetic parameters,SPAD value,flower bud yield,chlorogenic acid content and total chlorogenic acid content of honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica Thunb.) plants,in order to provide reference for high quality and high yield of honeysuckle in gravel-sand mulched field.The results showed that the application of boron fertilizer significantly affected the honeysuckle leaf antioxidant enzymes,photosynthetic parameters,SPAD value,flower bud yield,and chlorogenic acid content.The application of 0.231% boron fertilizer had the best effect,increasing the photosynthetic rate of plants by up to 148%,stomatal conductance was 160% and the transpiration rate was 109%.This led to higher plant dry matter accumulation and stress resistance under dry condition,and SOD was reduced by up to 58%,POD was 65%,and CAT was 22%.These in turn promoted the bud fresh weight (up to 90%),dry weight (77%) and total chlorogenic acid (84%) of honeysuckle flower.Proper application of boron fertilizer could promote the growth and development of honeysuckle,and significantly improve the yield and quality,which was conducive to the high-quality and efficient production of honeysuckle.
