- 截至2021年，中共中央第十八次发布了“中央一号”文件聚焦“三农问题”，建设美丽的宜居乡村，改善农村的人居环境，早已成为实施国家乡村振兴战略的重要课题和根本任务之一。全面推进乡村振兴背景下，研究成果丰硕，但是缺乏对黑龙江省地域乡村建设情况的全面认知，迫切需要对地域乡村建设形成更加全面的、系统性的认识。该研究利用无人机现场收集资料和ArcGIS平台技术统计以黑龙江省地域155个典型行政村为研究样本，分类进行定量统计分析，研究黑龙江省地域美丽乡村典型样本村落位置分布情况，为进一步挖掘黑土地上乡村景观价值、影响要素，进行定量化研究技术探索，全面反映黑龙江省地域乡村景观价值及形态特征的研究，具有重要意义。
- Abstract:
- As of 2021,the 18th CPC Central Committee has issued the first Document of the CPC Central Committee for the second time,focusing on agriculture,rural issues,building beautiful and livable villages and improving the rural living environment,which has long become one of the important topics and fundamental tasks for the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy.Under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,the research results were fruitful,but the lack of comprehensive understanding of regional rural construction in Heilongjiang Province.It was urgent to form a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of regional rural construction.The data of 155 UAV villages and ArcGIS platform to identify the typical administrative villages in Heilongjiang Province were collected,the distribution of Heilongjiang Province beautiful villages was studied,to explore the value and influence factors,and reflect the value and morphological characteristics of Heilongjiang Province.
