- 香草植物是一类具有芳香、观赏、食用、药用等多种用途的植物。综述了国内外香草植物发展的历史，香草的分布和类型，归纳了香草在食品、医药、环境和旅游行业以及其它行业的价值，并总结了香草繁殖技术，同时指出我国香草植物在各方面研究所面临的瓶颈问题和未来发展方向。
- Abstract:
- Most aromatic herbs can be used for aromatic，ornamental，cooking and medicinal purposes.It reviewed history，distribution and classification of aromatic herbs，and introduced application of aromatic herbs in food，pharmaceutical，environment，and tourist industry.The difficulities and development strategies for studies of aromatic herbs were indicated at last.
