摘要:
葡萄作为上海发展最好、效益最高的果树产业，已成为当地农业增效、农民增收的重要途径。近年来，其克服自身自然资源限制，不断创新发展路径，将葡萄打造成了具有自身比较优势的区域特色农产品。该研究运用价值链模型，分析梳理上海葡萄产业发展的探索实践与路径，并总结其成功经验，为我国其他地区葡萄产业内涵发展，提升产业附加价值打造地理标志农产品、促进一、三产融合发展，推进我国葡萄产业为发展水平的进一步提升，发展现代化都市农业提供可以借鉴的参考依据。
Abstract:
Grape is the fruit industry with the best development and the highest benefit in Shanghai，and it has become an important way for local agriculture to increase efficiency and farmers′ income.In recent years，Shanghai grape industry had overcome its own natural resource limitations and continuously innovated the development path，making grape into a regional characteristic agricultural product with its own comparative advantages.This study used the value chains model to analyze the practice and path of grape industry development in Shanghai，and summarized its successful experience，which in order to provide reference for other regions of China to enhance the grape industry.
