肥药混合蘸根对不同品种青花菜生长、产量及病害发生的影响

- 以“耐寒优秀”“幸运”“皇后4号”“台绿3号”青花菜为试材,采用含腐植酸水溶肥料、精甲?咯菌腈及氯虫?噻虫嗪的肥药混合蘸根处理方法,研究了肥药混合蘸根对不同品种青花菜莲座期和结球期的生长、产量及幼苗茎基腐病发生的影响,以期为青花菜高产优质栽培技术应用提供参考依据。结果表明:肥药混合蘸根促进了不同品种青花菜在莲座期的生长,其中“耐寒优秀”单株总质量比对照提高了451%,株高增加212%,株幅增加247%,莲座叶数增加97%,最大叶面积增加268%,均达显著性差异水平。产量方面,与清水对照相比,“幸运”“台绿3号”产量分别增加75%和53%,达到显著性差异水平。肥药混合蘸根处理降低了4个品种青花菜幼苗茎基腐病的发病率,防效达785%~841%。综上,肥药混合蘸根可显著促进不同品种青花菜植株生长,提高了产量,降低了青花菜幼苗茎基腐病发病率。

- The broccoli plants of ‘Naihan Youxiu’‘Lucky’‘Huanghou No4’‘Tailyu No3’ were used as the test materials.The broccoli roots were dip-treated with a mix of water-soluble fertilizers (containing humic acid),mefenoxam?fludioxonil and chlorantraniliprole?thiamethoxam and compared with clear water (control).The effects of growth,yield and seedling stem rot of different varieties of broccoli were studied in the rosette stage and heading stage,in order to provide theoretical support for the application of high-yield and high-quality broccoli cultivation techniques.The results showed that the growth of different varieties of broccoli in the rosette stage were promoted by root-dipped treatments.Compared with control,the total weight per plant of ‘Naihan Youxiu’ increased by 451%,the plant height by 212%,the plant width by 247%,the number of rosette leaves by 97%,and the maximum leaf area by 268%.These indexes all reached significant differences.Compared with the control,the biomass yield of ‘Lucky’ ‘Tailyu No3’ were increased by 75% and 53%,respectively,reaching significant difference.The incidence of basal rot of four varieties of broccoli seedlings were reduced by 785%-841% through the mixed treatment of dipping roots with fertilizer and chemicals.In summary,the growth and the yield of different broccoli varieties were promoted and the incidence of basal rot of broccoli seedlings were reduced by dip-treated with the mix of fertilizer and chemical.
