- 以温室“早黑宝”葡萄为试材,采用常规测定方法,研究微生物菌肥配施对葡萄土壤养分、产量、品质的影响,以期为葡萄合理施肥提供科学参考依据。结果表明:随着生物菌肥配施减量化肥量增加,2年土壤有机质、全磷、葡萄可溶性糖和维生素C含量上升,土壤pH、葡萄单穗质量和产量降低,土壤全氮2017年降低2018年升高。与CK相比,SJH10、SJH20和SJH30处理土壤年平均有机质含量分别提高0.15%、15.35%和28.44%,土壤全氮含量分别降低7.63%、4.09%和2.61%,土壤全磷含量分别提高2.89%、27.14%和41.83%,单穗质量分别降低-3.25%、0.65%和6.96%,葡萄产量分别降低3.88%、4.39%和8.06%,可溶性糖含量分别提高3.76%、10.84%和15.83%,维生素C含量分别提高5.83%、15.20%和15.74%,可滴定酸分别降低2.73%、5.42%和6.32%。综上所述,生物菌肥配施减量化肥有助于提高土壤碳氮磷的含量和改善葡萄品质,但降低了葡萄产量;从长远可持续角度考虑,应该推广应用SJH30处理,从经济效益角度考虑应该推广应用SJH20处理。
- Abstract:
- Using the greenhouse ‘Zaoheibao’ grape as the test material,using routine determination methods,effect of microbial bacterial manure combined with reduced fertilizer on soil nutrients,grape yield and quality characteristics were studied,in order to provide a scientific basis for the rational fertilization of grapes.The results showed that with the increase in the amount of biological fertilizer and reduced fertilizer,the soil organic matter and total phosphorus,grape soluble sugar and vitamin C content increased in 2 years,the soil pH,grape single panicle weight and yield decreased,and soil total nitrogen 2017 Decrease in 2018 and increase.Compared with CK,SJH40,SJH20 and SJH30 treated soil organic matter content increased by 0.15%,15.35% and 28.44%,soil total nitrogen decreased by 7.63%,4.09% and 2.61%,soil total phosphorus increased by 2.89%,27.14% and 41.83% ,Single-ear weight decreased by -3.25%,0.65% and 6.96%,grape yield decreased by 3.88%,4.39% and 8.06%,soluble sugar content increased by 3.76%,10.84% and 15.83%,vitamin C content increased by 5.83%,15.20% and 15.74%,the titratable acid decreased by 2.73%,5.42% and 6.32% respectively.To sum up,the application of bio-fertilizers and reduced fertilizers could help increase the content of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil and improve the quality of grapes,but reduced the yield of grapes; from the perspective of long-term sustainability,SJH30 treatment should be promoted and applied,from the perspective of economic benefits consider that SJH20 processing should be promoted and applied.
