- 以不同地区现蕾期紫苏(Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt.)叶片为试材,利用电子显微镜及光学显微镜对不同地区紫苏叶表腺毛形态学性状及分布特性进行比较观察,并对这些性状与纬度和海拔间的相关性进行分析。结果表明:不同地区紫苏盾状腺毛直径和密度存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中,盾状腺毛直径有随着纬度及海拔的升高而增长的趋势,但趋势不显著,而盾状腺毛密度与纬度间却存在显著的(P<0.05)负相关关系。不同地区紫苏叶表头状腺毛(非叶脉区)及三级叶脉头状腺毛直径无显著差异,但二者的密度却与纬度均呈显著的负相关关系。认为纬度是影响紫苏腺毛性状的主要因素,而不同地区紫苏叶表盾状腺毛直径和密度,以及头状腺毛密度(非叶脉区)的差异性可能成为紫苏道地药材产地鉴定的形态学依据。
- Abstract:
- The leaves in squaring period of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt.in different areas were used as experimental materials.The morphological characteristics and distribution characteristics of the glandular hairs on the leaf of P.frutescens in different areas were observed by electron microscope and optical microscope,and the correlations between these characters and latitude and altitude were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the diameter and density of peltate trichomes of different areas (P<0.05).Among them,the diameter of peltate trichomes increased with the increasing of latitude and altitude,but the trend was not significant.However,there was a significant negative correlation between the density of peltate trichomes and latitude(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diameter of the capitate trichomes,no matter in the non leaf vein area or the third level of the leaf vein area,but their density had a significant negative correlation with latitude.It is considered that latitude was the main factor affecting the glandular hair of P.frutescens.The difference of the diameter and density of peltate trichomes and the density of the capitate trichomes (non leaf vein area) of P.frutescens in different areas may be the morphological basis for the identification of the origin of genuine medicinal materials of P.frutescens.
