- 俄罗斯幅员辽阔，土地肥沃，农业发展的自然基础条件得天独厚。乌克兰危机爆发后，在西方制裁不断加码的背景下，俄罗斯农业发展势头相当迅猛，小麦等农产品出口屡创新高，这与经济整体低迷的形势形成了强烈反差。然而，目前俄罗斯市场上90%的有机农产品仍来自进口。近10年来，俄罗斯有机农业发展已经十分迅速，但与欧美国家相比，尚处于发展的初级阶段。俄罗斯领导层多次呼吁发展有机农业，并准备加大国家扶持和监管力度。在国家层面的大力助推之下，俄罗斯有机农业面临广阔的发展前景。考虑到“一带一路”倡议与欧亚经济联盟对接合作的难得机遇，中俄在有机农业领域的合作具有很大潜力，这将为中俄农业及经贸合作提供更广阔的发展空间。
- Abstract:
- Russia has a vast territory，fertile land and unique natural conditions for agricultural development.After the outbreak of Ukraine crisis，under the background of increasing western sanctions，the development of Russian agriculture was quite rapid，and the export of wheat and other products has repeatedly reached new highs，which was in sharp contrast to the overall economic downturn.However，90% of the organic agricultural products in the Russian market were still imported.In the past decade，the development of organic agriculture in Russia had been very rapid，but compared with European countries and America，it was still in the initial stage of development.The Russian leadership had repeatedly called for the development of organic agriculture and was ready to increase state support and supervision.With the strong promotion of the national level，Russian organic agriculture was facing a broad prospect of development.Considering the rare opportunity of the belt and road initiative and the connecting and cooperation with Eurasian Economic Union，the cooperation between China and Russia in the field of organic agriculture had great potentialities and would provide broader development space for Sino-Russian agricultural，economic and trade cooperation.
