- 以山西忻州野生青蒿为试验材料,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计响应面优化法,优化微波辅助提取青蒿多糖的工艺条件。通过Design-Expert 7.1.6系统软件对微波功率、提取时间和液固比3因素3水平中心组合对试验结果进行多元回归分析。结果表明:拟合模型回归方程为Y=0.44+2.125×10-3A-0.017B-0.021C+7.750×10-3AB+0.012AC+0.011BC-0.04A2+0.022B2-0.02C2。模型相关系数R2=0.945 3,高度显著,可用于预测青蒿多糖提取试验结果。微波辅助提取青蒿多糖的最佳工艺参数为微波功率450 W,提取时间71 s,液固比60∶1 mL·g-1。此条件下青蒿多糖的提取率为9.72%。
- Abstract:
- With wild Artemisia annua L.from Xinzhou as an experimental material,Box-Behnken center combination was used to optimize the technology of the microwave-assisted extraction of Artemisia annua L.polysaccharides by response surface methodology.Multiple regression analysis for 3 factors and 3 levels center combinations was performed with the Design-Expert 7.1.6 system software on the microwave power,extraction time and liquid-material ratio.The results showed that,the fitting regression equation was Y=0.44+2.125×10-3A-0.017B-0.021C+7.750×10-3AB+0.012AC+0.011BC-0.04A2+0.022B2-0.02C2.The correlation coefficient of the model,i.e.,R2=0.945 3,the model was extremely significant,it could be used to predict extraction test results of artemisia annua L. polysaccharide.The optimal parameters of microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Artemisia annua L.were microwave power of 450 W,extraction time of 71 seconds,liquid-material ratio of 60∶1 mL·g-1.Artemisia annua L.polysaccharide extraction rate was up 9.72% under the optimal condition.The experiment could provide a useful reference for industrial extraction of polysaccharide from Artemisia annua L..
