- 以 “宁杞一号” 枸杞为试材,通过测量宁夏地区夏季高温条件下的枸杞根域温度,同时跟踪测量枸杞的动态生长量及光合速率等生长指标,研究了根域高温对枸杞动态生长量和光合速率的影响。结果表明:随着夏季根温度逐渐升高,枸杞花蕾数由33个减少到20个,青果数由17个减少为0。枸杞叶片的净光合速率由1.18 μmol?m-2?s-1升至29.30 μmol?m-2?s-1,又下降至2.79 μmol?m-2?s-1。
- Abstract:
- Ningxia wolfberry ‘Ningqi No.1’ was used as test material.The effect of root zone temperature on Chinese wolfberry(Lycium barbarum L.)dynamic growth,photosynthetic rate and growth index was studied by measuring and recording root zone temperature under the high temperature conditions in summer in Ningxia.The results showed that as summer root temperature rose gradually,Chinese wolfberry bud number reduced from 33 to 20,total green fruit number of 17 reduced to zero.Chinese wolfberry leaves net photosynthetic rate increased from 1.18 μmol?m-2?s-1 to 29.30 μmol?m-2?s-1and then dropped to 2.79 μmol?m-2?s-1.
