- 以2种决明属植物草决明和望江南为试材,采用PAM-2500型叶绿素荧光仪,研究了时刻、物种及其交互作用对2种决明属植物的影响。结果表明:草决明的Fm、Fv/Fm和ETR均小于望江南,而草决明的Fo却大于望江南。时刻对2种决明属植物的Fo、Fm和ETR的影响均存在显著性差异,对Fv/Fm存在极显著性差异;物种对Fo和Fm的影响不存在显著性差异,对Fv/Fm存在显著性差异,对ETR存在极显著性差异;时刻和物种之间的交互作用对Fo、Fm和ETR的影响存在显著性差异,对Fv/Fm存在极显著性差异。随着光照强度的增强,2种植物表现出明显的光抑制现象,其中,草决明>望江南。
- Abstract:
- Taking two species of C.obtusifolia and C.occidentalis plant as test materials,the effect of the concentration of time,species and their interaction on two species of Cassia by PAM-2500 type chlorophyll fluorescence were studied.The results showed that C.obtusifolia of Fm,Fv/Fm and ETR values were less than C.occidentalis,and C.obtusifolia of Fo was greater than C.occidentalis.Time for two species of Cassia of Fo,Fm and ETR had significant differences,there were very significant differences on Fv/Fm;species had no significant difference on Fo and Fm,there was a significant difference on Fv/Fm,there were very significant differences for ETR;the interaction between time and species had significant differences on Fo,Fm and ETR,there were very significant differences on Fv/Fm.As the light intensity increases,the two species showed significant inhibition of light,which C.obtusifolia>C.occidentalis.
