油莎豆块茎发育过程中糖与脂肪积累的相关性研究

- 以不同发育期的“石研2号”和“石研5号”品系油莎豆块茎为试材,对油莎豆块茎中的淀粉、果糖、蔗糖、可溶性糖含量以及脂肪含量进行了测定,以研究油莎豆块茎发育过程中糖与脂肪积累的相关性。结果表明:在油莎豆块茎发育过程中果糖含量与脂肪含量相关性不显著;蔗糖含量与脂肪含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);淀粉含量与脂肪含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);可溶性糖含量亦与脂肪含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。
- Abstract:
- With ‘Shiyan No.2’ and ‘Shiyan No.5’ as test materials,the correlations of accumulation between sugar and fatty during Cyperus esculentus tuber development was studied.The results showed that,the correlation between fructose content and oil content was not significant(P>0.05),while highly significant positive correlation with sucrose content and oil content (P<0.01),as well as starch content and oil content,soluble sugar content and oil content(P<0.01) during Cyperus esculentus tuber development.
