- 以“克瑞森”无核葡萄为试材,于花后10 d分别使用10、25、50 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)+5 mg/L氯吡苯脲(CPPU)处理,研究不同植物生长调节剂组合处理对“克瑞森”无核葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明:使用GA3与CPPU处理“克瑞森”无核葡萄可不同程度提高鲜果硬度,增大果梗粗度及耐拉力,增大粒重,进而增大穗重,但对葡萄穗形指数、果形指数、有机酸含量无明显影响;经激素处理后的葡萄可溶性固形物含量有所降低,且随GA3使用浓度的增大,果实可溶性固形物含量越低,着色变差,果实成熟延迟,但果粒萎蔫情况得以改善。综合比较而言,花后10 d使用10 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU处理“克瑞森”无核葡萄效果相对较好。
- Abstract:
- With ‘Crimson’ seedless grape as materials,the effect of different concentrations (10,25,50 mg/L) of GA3 supplemented with 5 mg/L forchlorfenuron (CPPU) on quality of ‘Crimson’ seedless grape on date of 10 days after blooming were studied.The results showed that,all of using GA3 and CPPU treatments increased the berry weight in different degrees,thus increased the spike weight,improved fruit hardness,increased the roughness and tension of peduncle,and the alteration of spike shape index,fruit shape index,organic acid content;the content of soluble solids was reduced after hormone treatment,and with GA3 concentration increasing,the content of soluble solids was decreased,coloring got worse,delayed fruit ripening was delayed,but the situation of fruit wilting was improved.Comprehensive comparison,the best treatment was 10 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU applied 10 days after blooming.
