摘要:
依据美国农业部对外农业服务局（USDA-Foreign Agricultural Service）公布的统计数据，分析2013/2014产季世界苹果主产国的生产、加工、贸易与消费状况，并基于全球产销、贸易背景，对中国苹果生产、加工、贸易与消费状况、发展趋势及其特征进行了分析。结果表明：与2012/2013产季相比，2013/2014产季世界苹果增产0.36%，加工量下降22.08%，出口量减少0.51%，进口量减少4.90%，鲜苹果消费量增长2.10%。分析表明，中国苹果产量有提高空间；加工市场整体疲软；贸易量占总产量比重较小，主要依靠内销；中国苹果消费市场不饱和，随着收入水平和饮食结构调整，苹果消费需求将继续增加。
Abstract:
According to the statistics released by USDA-Foreign Agricultural Service，the yield，trade，consumption and processing situation of apple，the results showed that compared with season 2012/2013，production increased by 0.36%；exports decreased by 0.51% and imports fall by 4.90%；processing declined by 22.08%;fresh apple consumption increased by 2.10% in season 2013/2014.Chinese apple production should be improved；processing market has been weak；trade has accounted for a small proportion in total production，and China’s apple consumer market has not been saturated.As income levels and diet adjust，apple consumer demand would continue to increase.
