- 根据定性评价法将合作社与社员间的利益联结紧密程度总结为3种依次递进的类型。利用陕西关中地区果蔬类农民专业合作社的调研数据,构建有序Probit模型,从合作社基本特性、合作社产品生产特性、合作社产品的市场化特性等3个方面分析了影响合作社与社员利益联结紧密程度的因素。结果表明:合作社示范级别、前八大股东持股量和理事会成员持股量、产品加工情况与认证情况、产品直销比例等因素显著;最后提出组建联合社、开发有效的盈利模式以及增强社员的产业化意识的培育等建议,冀求提升合作社与社员的利益联结紧密程度。
- Abstract:
- The tightness of fruit and vegetable cooperatives and membership’s benefits into three progressive type based on qualitative evaluation method were summarized in this paper.And then use the data researched by fruit and vegetable farmer cooperatives in Guanzhong region to build a Ordered Probit model.The model mainly analyzed factors affecting the tightness of fruit and vegetable cooperatives and membership’s benefits from three basic characteristics of cooperatives(the basic characteristics of cooperative,the product and market characteristics of cooperative’s production).The study found that the cooperative demonstration level,float of eight former members and the council member,processing conditions and certification,products direct proportion had a significant impact.Finally,the article gave some suggestions to improve the tightness of fruit and vegetable cooperatives and membership’s benefits,such as formation of union cooperatives,develop an effective profit model and enhanced awareness of members in fostering the industrialization.
