- 以新疆维吾尔自治区阿拉尔产的圆脆枣为试材,研究了在低温冷藏条件下,不同数目气孔保鲜袋对圆脆枣的保鲜效果。结果表明:在低温冷藏状态下,保鲜袋打孔处理保存圆脆枣,有利于圆脆枣的外观品质和营养物质的保存。保鲜袋打4、8、12孔3个处理中,以8孔处理在延缓圆脆枣果实硬度、可滴定酸和总糖含量的下降、抑制腐烂、延缓果实维生素C的降解方面效果最好,能有效提高圆脆红枣的采后贮藏品质,延缓后熟衰老,延长贮藏期。
- Abstract:
- Taking Yuancui jujube produced from Alear in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region as material,the preservation effect of storage bags with different number of holes in cold storage was studied.The results showed that storage bags with holes was conducive to remain the appearance quality and nutrients of the Yuancui jujube in the condition of cold storage.In the three storage bags treatment with 4,8,12 holes,storage bags with 8 holes processing had the best effect in delaying the decreasing of fruit firmness,titratable acid and total sugar content,inhibiting rotting,slowing down the degradation of vitamin C.This treatment also had effectively effect in improving the postharvest storage quality of Yuancui jujube,and delaying fruit ripening and senescence,prolonging storage time.
