- 以新疆塔里木河下游3个不同干旱程度样地中胡杨的锯齿卵圆形、卵圆形和披针形3种异形叶为试材,采用便携式光合作用测定仪测定了3种异形叶的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等光合指标,应用叶绿素仪对叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)进行测定,研究了不同干旱程度下胡杨不同叶型的光合特性。结果表明:3种异形叶Pn和Tr日变化均为单峰曲线,Gs日变化除披针形叶为单峰曲线外,卵圆形和锯齿卵圆形叶为双峰曲线,而Ci均呈先降低后升高的趋势,与Pn呈负相关;Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr在各时间点的均值大小均为卵圆形>锯齿卵圆形>披针形叶。3种异形叶的Pn、Gs、Ci日变化最大值大小均为1>2>3号样地,且Pn在3个样地间差异显著,Gs和Tr在1和3号样间差异显著,而Ci只有锯齿卵圆形叶的1和3号样地存在显著差异。样地间3种异形叶SPAD的变化趋势与Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr的基本一致,且各样地间差异显著。表明干旱胁迫可显著影响胡杨的光合特性和相对叶绿素含量,且3种异形叶中,锯齿卵圆形和卵圆形叶适应干旱的能力较强。
- Abstract:
- Taking 3 heteromorphic leaves (dentate broad-ovate leaves,ovate leaves and lanceolate leaves) in 3 different drought stress sample plots(The degree of drought:3>2>1) which located in downstream of Xinjiang Tarim river as materials.A portable gas exchange system was used to measure the photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs),transpiration rate (Tr),intercellular CO2concentration (Ci) and other physiological indexes of photosynthesis for the 3 heteromorphic leaves;chlorophyll relative content (SPAD) was measured by SPAD chlorophyll meter.Those were all used to study the photosynthetic characteristics of different leaf shapes of Populus euphratica under different droughtstress.The results showed that diurnal variation of Pn and Tr of the 3 heteromorphic leaves varied as single peak type,the diurnal variation of Gs of oval and dentate broad-ovate leaves showed two single peak,but for the lanceolate leaf was showed as a single peak type,the change of Ci for 3 heteromorphic leaves was first decreased then increased and was negatively related to Pn;the mean values of Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr in every test time all showed as oval>dentate broad-ovate>lanceolate leaves.The maximum value Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr diurnal variation of the 3 heteromorphic leaves all showed as 1>2>3 sample plots,and the Pn had significant difference among No.1,No.2 and No.3 plots,for Gs and Tr that had significant difference between the No.1 and No.3 sample plot,and the maximum value of Ci diurnal variation only had significant difference between No.1 and No.3 sample plots for dentate broad-ovate leaves.The change of SPAD of the 3 heteromorphic leaves was correlated with the change of Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr and had significant difference among 3 different sample plots.Results indicated that drought stress could significantly affect the Populus euphratica photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll relative content,and among the 3 heteromorphic leaves,dentate broad-ovate leaves and ovate leaves could adapted the drought environment well.
