- 墙体作为日光温室的主要承重构件,对温室的结构安全稳定至关重要。现提出了一种适于日光温室的新型钢架组合墙体结构,研究了该墙体的结构承力和稳定性分析方法。并以目前温室中常用的几种规格的矩形钢管作为梁和立柱,对其结构性能进行了计算比较。结果表明:以80 mm×120 mm×3.0 mm的矩形钢管为梁、150 mm×150 mm×5.0 mm的矩形钢管为立柱的组合结构是安全又经济的结构构件。
- Abstract:
- As the main load-bearing member of solar greenhouse,wall is critical to the structural safe and stability of the greenhouse.The Steel-frame wall was put forward in the paper.The mechanical performance of the Steel-frame wall were studied and the structural performance of different specifications beams and columns with rectangular steel pipe were analyzed.The results showed that the new walls with the 80 mm × 120 mm × 3.0 mm rectangular steel pipe as beams and the 150 mm×150 mm×5.0 mm rectangular steel pipe as columns were able to guarantee the stability of the wall structure in the lowest price level.
