- 嗜球果伞菌素类杀菌剂近年来发展迅猛,其专利技术的重点也从最初的化合物研发转移到组合物研发。该文从年代、国家/地区、原创地区、申请人以及类型分布入手,对检索得到的历年来国内外含嗜球果伞菌素类化合物的农药组合物专利申请进行分析,找出了该领域的研究热点和重点,同时基于上述结果,提出了国内相关领域的企业、机构针对这种现状应如何应对的策略性建议。
- Abstract:
- Strobilurin fungicides have been developed rapidly in recent years.The focus of the patent applications had been transferred from new compounds development to fungicide compositions.In order to find the focus and hot spot of these applications,the application year,country/region,priority,applicant and type of the patent applications for fungicide compositions comprising Strobilurin were reviewed.Some suggestions were given to Chinese corporations and institutes.
